# Voices: credits

- **Some voices created with ElevenLabs** ([elevenlabs.io](https://elevenlabs.io)): the original recorded takes of a
  few dozen scripted lines (crackheads, passers-by, the e-scooter app, mission givers; `assets/voices/*.mp3`, listed in
  `assets/voices/manifest.json`).
- **Most voices are generated with Google Gemini text-to-speech** (through OpenRouter): the character voices, the
  crowd, police, radio and mission lines, recorded once by the game's voice service and shipped as static files
  (`assets/voices/cache/`).
